Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Subscription Plan
KanoonSeva offers the KanoonSeva Professional plan at ₹2,000 per month, billed monthly. The subscription provides full access to all platform features including draft generation, case law search, case tracking, due diligence tools, and AI-powered legal analysis.
2. Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation:
- Your access to premium features will continue until the end of the current billing period
- No further charges will be applied after the current period ends
- Your account and saved data will remain accessible in read-only mode
To cancel, contact us at support@kanoonseva.com or use the account settings in your dashboard.
3. Refund Policy
We offer refunds under the following circumstances:
- Within 7 days of first subscription: Full refund if you are not satisfied with the Service, no questions asked.
- Service unavailability: Pro-rata refund for any period where the Service was substantially unavailable due to technical issues on our end (more than 48 continuous hours of downtime).
- Duplicate or erroneous charges: Full refund for any duplicate or incorrect billing.
4. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- After 7 days of the billing cycle (except for service unavailability or billing errors)
- If the account is suspended or terminated due to violation of our Terms of Service
- For partial months of usage within the billing period
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us at support@kanoonseva.com with:
- Your registered email address
- Date of the transaction
- Reason for the refund request
6. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed within 5-7 business days and credited back to the original payment method used during the transaction. Refunds are processed via Razorpay, our payment gateway partner.
